Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion

Email the Vishal Modular support team from the email address registered on your Vishal Rewards account, using this subject line:

SubjectVishal Rewards Account Deletion Request

So we can find and verify your account, please include:

• Your registered email address or mobile number
• Your full name and user type as registered in the app

We review each request and, once we have verified that it comes from the account holder, process it within a reasonable time. We may contact you if we need more details to confirm your identity.

What data may be deleted

On a verified request, the personal data held for your Vishal Rewards account may be deleted, including:

• Full name, mobile number, email address and user type
• Retailer code
• Address, area, city, district, state and pincode
• Aadhaar last four digits or GST details, if provided
• Profile details and communication address
• Points balance and app account access

Deleting your account removes your access to the app, your Vishal Points balance, and any gift redemptions you have not yet completed.

What data may be retained

Some records may be retained after your account is deleted where we are required or permitted to keep them, including:

• Records required to meet legal or regulatory obligations
• Records needed for fraud prevention, duplicate use and misuse checks
• Records needed to protect the security of Vishal Rewards and its users
• QR scan, points and redemption records kept for reward transaction audit purposes

Retained records are kept only for these purposes and only for as long as needed.
