- Full name, mobile number, email address and user type
- Retailer code
- Address, area, city, district, state and pincode
- Aadhaar last four digits or GST details, if provided
- QR scan activity
- Points and redemption activity
- Camera access for QR scanning
- Location access during QR scanning
- Device and app diagnostic data
Why we collect this information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Verify registration details
- Validate QR coupons
- Calculate and maintain points
- Process gift redemption requests
- Prevent fraud, duplicate use and misuse
- Provide support and resolve app issues
Camera access
Vishal Rewards uses camera access only to scan QR coupons. The app does not use the camera for unrelated purposes.
Location access
Location may be collected during a QR scan to validate the scan and help prevent misuse. Location is not requested for unrelated purposes.
Communication address
A communication address may be used when needed to fulfil a redeemed gift and to contact you about that request.
How we share information
Vishal Modular does not sell user data.
Information may be shared only with authorised administrators or service providers when needed to operate the app, fulfil redeemed gifts, provide support, meet legal obligations, or protect the security of Vishal Rewards and its users.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect user information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children
Vishal Rewards is intended for electricians, retailers, counter staff and other business or trade users. It is not intended for children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last updated.
